About Us

Cody started investing in multifamily real estate properties at age 19. With a capital of less than $3000 and a goal to help his mother retire, he leveraged creative financing approaches and built meaningful connections that eventually helped him acquire over 100 multifamily units and a 20-unit resort – all seller-financed.
Christian on the other hand started investing in 2016 at 25 with a single condo. At age 29 he bought 2 duplexes and by the age of 31, he has amassed over 100 multifamily units and co-owns the Robin Hood Village resort with Cody. The difference was learning how to play the game with or without money.
